Dr. Fountain is the Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Fountain of Solutions, L.L.C. Fountain of Solutions is an organization dedicated to providing organizational and human resource services to organizations large and small. The solutions include diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice development, strategic planning, operations management and development, human resources consultation, organization, and employee assessment, strategic marketing planning, and implementation, and other solutions as needed.


Dr. Fountain serves as Special Appointment Instructor for Cornerstone University’s Professional and Graduate Studies Division (PGS). Dr. Fountain helped develop and teaches courses for the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Development program at PGS. She is also an adjunct instructor for Northwood University.


Dr. Fountain has served on numerous Boards of directors including Potter Park Zoo, The Erickson Learning Foundation, Greater Lansing Society of Human Resource Management (GLSHRM), Lansing Commission on Race and Diversity, Diversity Lansing, and Capital Quality and Innovation. 


Dr. Fountain earned a bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations from Michigan State University (Lansing, MI), and earned both her Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Doctorate in Organizational Management, Leadership Theory, and Design, from the University of Phoenix.



Carlos A. Fountain, Sr (Co-owner and Chief Executive Officer) has over 20 years of direct marketing, b2b sales, and online marketing experience. Carlos gained his knowledge and marketing prowess while employed by 96.5 and Cumulus Broadcasting. As a small business owner, Carlos understands the importance of building relationships and leveraging them into thriving professional networks.
